About Me

Hi, I’m Jo!

I am a Mum to 3 pretty amazing teenage children! After graduating from University in 1996 with a BSc in Fitness and Health, I have since worked within the Health & Wellness Industry for over 25 years. Helping people to transform themselves and their lives has always been my passion.

Helping people to achieve physical fitness, through exercise, rehabilitation and nutrition is amazing, and very rewarding; although, I have always felt there has been a missing piece. I have always been a sounding board for my clients, listened to their problems, worries and concerns. However, although talking helps, it is often not enough for people and they still feel stuck with their old “programming”; which is often through no fault of their own.

We are all programmed from the day we were born, this is due to the environment we grow up in. Initially our parents or guardian will be the main influence over us, as we are growing up in a home surrounded by their values and beliefs. School and teachers will then influence us too, the friends you have, the people you surround yourself with, what you listen to, read and watch on television, all of this programs us; most of the time without us consciously realising. Years of programming from all of these different influences can often mean you are unconsciously self sabotaging yourself, and are faced with obstacles or challenges that stop you from leading life to the full and reaching your full potential.

I help clients, by accessing their subconscious mind and getting to the root cause of an issue, this is really the key to changing limiting beliefs, which have often formed through years of programming. This is truly where the transformation for people takes place. Physical and mental health should come hand in hand, I believe you can’t truly live a fulfilling life when one aspect is out of kilter.
Personal development has been a huge part of my life for the last 12 years, this has had a massive influence on my life in the most positive way; on building me personally, how I parent my children and in helping them to turn into well rounded independent adults. I have dived into personal development even more over the last few years, with personal obstacles, the global pandemic, and being continually surrounded by the negativity of the press and news. It has been even more important to keep a positive mindset.

A good friend introduced me to Marisa Peer’s Rapid Transformational Therapy; and after researching and delving into her work, I knew I had stumbled across what I was meant to do for the rest of my life! I knew I had to learn everything I could from this brilliant woman, so I submerged myself into learning and trained full-time under her expert guidance to become certified in Rapid Transformational Therapy and Hypnotherapy. It has been the best professional and personal decision I’ve made. I continue ongoing coaching and development with Marisa and her team.

I’m inviting you to live your best life!
The next level of your success requires the next level of you.
